Liebherr expands recall on refrigerators with defective door

Liebherr has expanded a recall on its Freestanding 30-inch wide bottom freezer refrigerator because a defective door could detach and result in injuries to consumers. Kidgets Animal Sock Slippers Recalled for Choking Hazard

U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, in cooperation with Family Dollar Services Inc., have announced the recall of Kidgets Animal Sock Top Slippers. Approximately 160,000 of the slippers are being recalled because the eyes on the animals attached to the slippers can detach from the slippers, causing a choking hazard. No injuries have been reported.

EU bans use of X-ray scanners at airports, citing health risks
